Transportation Service Disclaimer

Important Notice: JCXPRESS operates as a third-party booking and coordination service that connects customers with independent transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or directly provide the transportation vehicles or driving services.

Liability: All transportation services are arranged through and provided by licensed, independent transportation companies and operators. JCXPRESS acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator between customers and these independent transportation providers. JCXPRESS is not liable for any incidents, delays, accidents, injuries, or issues that may occur during transportation.

Acknowledgment: By booking through JCXPRESS, you acknowledge and agree that:

• JCXPRESS serves as a booking coordinator and facilitator only
• Transportation services are provided by independent third-party transportation companies
• Any claims, disputes, or issues related to the transportation service itself should be directed to the transportation provider
• JCXPRESS' role is limited to coordinating bookings and does not extend to the operation of vehicles or provision of transportation services

SMS Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during booking, you agree to receive text messages from JCXPRESS regarding your booking confirmations, status updates, and transportation notifications. These messages may include:

• Booking confirmation with pickup location, time, and facility details
• Reminder messages before your scheduled trip
• Important updates and notifications

Frequency: You will receive messages related to your specific booking. Typically 1-3 messages per booking.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Supported Carriers: Messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Booking Terms

Service: JCXPRESS provides transportation services to correctional facilities in New York State. All bookings are subject to availability and admin confirmation.

Confirmation Required: Your booking must be confirmed by our admin team before your trip is finalized. You will receive an SMS confirmation once approved.

Cancellations & Refund Policy: To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at (917) 244-5352. Important: Booking deposits are only refundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the original booking time. Cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of booking are non-refundable. The 48-hour window begins from the time your booking payment was processed.

No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the designated pickup location on time, your reservation may be forfeited.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection: We collect personal information including name, phone number, email address, and booking details to provide our transportation services.

Use of Information: Your information is used to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Send SMS and email notifications about your trip
• Communicate important updates or changes
• Improve our services

Data Storage: Your booking information is securely stored in our database and retained for record-keeping purposes.

Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide our services (e.g., SMS provider for notifications).

Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
